Evamae Bayudan

Jih Research Group Intern

I graduated from UCLA in 2018 with a B.S. in Physiological Sciences. After my undergraduate studies, I was a manager for a laboratory focused on mental health and am currently a medical student at UCSF School of Medicine. Influenced by my family background and experiences working with underserved AAPI communities, I developed an interest working with under-resourced and immigrant populations. As a future physician, I hope to provide culturally and linguistically sensitive patient care and improve the health of underserved communities.
