David Rebanal

I am Assistant Professor of Public Health at San Francisco State University, College of Health and Social Sciences, and a Faculty Scholar at SFSU Health Equity Institute. My research examines the roles of neighborhood features, immigrant political participation, and neighborhood social capital on the mental health of Southeast Asian American communities. I am also interested in participatory evaluation research that promotes place-based decolonizing practices and policies.
