I am the Executive Director of NICOS Chinese Health Coalition, a public-private-community partnership of more than 30 health and human service organizations. The mission of NICOS is to enhance the health and well-being of San Francisco’ Chinese community. NICOS fulfills its mission through advocacy, research, training, coalition-building and program implementation.
